Returns & Refund Policy

We will accept returns on unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Any items without tags will not be refunded. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.

 

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

 

Return Instructions:

• To initiate a return, please email info@xodanceco.com with your order number and items you'd like to return. 

• Once your return has been approved, please send your items back to 1501 North Raymond Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92801. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on returns.

• Please be sure to include your order number and/or name on the package.
