About XoDanceCo
Founded by twin sisters Ashley and Lauren Englen, XoDanceCo is the result of two parallel paths colliding—high-level athletics and a third-generation background in dance retail. Before launching the brand, Ashley and Lauren spent years as competitive basketball players, including professional careers overseas. Living out of suitcases, training daily, and competing on an international stage shaped how they think about performance apparel: it has to move, last, and look good doing it.
Dancewear, however, has always been in their blood.
As third-generation dance retailers, Ashley and Lauren grew up in the dance industry—behind the counter, in the stockroom, and on the sales floor—watching trends evolve and listening closely to what dancers actually want. That firsthand experience now drives every decision at XoDanceCo.
